Friday Video

I'm still not feeling well. I hate sinus problems. I'm just glad it's finally the weekend so I can rest more and hopefully knock it out since next week... I should get the green light to go running.

In the meantime, I saw this on another running blog today. I kind of teared up a bit. This is the kind of stuff that I wish the media spent more time focusing on. Go here if the video won't work on here for any reason.
