2. Does anyone have a favorite website to use for counting calories? I want something simple, and preferably something that lets you pull things up from restaurants because I tend to eat out a lot.
Thanks for all the well wishes for the ball tonight. I can't say that I have terrific dancing skills, but I can say that I'll likely have fun on the dance floor despite it.

My shoulder pops all the time. I think mine is an old swimming injury though.
My shoulder pops too! Weird!
myfitnesspal.com is awesome!!
Is it a pop between your shoulder blade and ribs? If so, that might be snapping scapula. I have that along with the torn cartilage which also pops a lot. Surgery soon :(
I sometimes use thedailyplate.com its a decent site.
my shoulder pops, but its because of a soccer injury.
and i have a good one, but its on my work computer, so ill have to get it to you tomorrow
and...do you have any gels/snacks you recommend for long runs?
I'm back from paradise. Sadly i only opened one of the books while gone. Reading on a swaying boat and drinking dosent mix. yikes. What i did read, i love. The run less, run fast book is so far AMAZING. I totally agree with it and i'm sucked in with everyones sucess stories. I'm a sucker for stories :) What do you think so far?
I don't count calories anymore, but when I did, I used fitday.com. Not great for restaurants, but it is simple and you can program your own food or pick from a list.
I'm not going to give you my warning about this, since I think you already know :-)
