I accomplished several more things on my list during the month of April.
6. Run in at least eight races I’ve never run in before - I crossed off number 8 when I ran in the Oak Barrel Half in Lynchburg on April 3. Even though I've technically finished this one, I'm going to keep updating it so that I can see how many new races I ran over the course of the 1001 days.
22. See something in the new Symphony Center - I did this a couple of weeks ago when I went there with a friend to see Cherryholmes play with the Nashville Symphony. I'm really glad now that I did since the center was hit pretty hard in this weekend's flood. I think it's going to be a while before the place is up and running again.
95. Watch one new movie per month, minimum - I saw Did You Hear About the Morgans, Time Traveler's Wife, Up in the Air, New Moon, and 2012.
96. Read one book per month, minimum - I read My Point and I Do Have One (by Ellen), The Blessed Life, and Plan B (which I also just reviewed for Thomas Nelson).
I realized as I wrote this that I hadn't accomplished quite as much in April as I thought I had, but then I realized it's because I started a couple of big ones in April that I won't finish until May. Stay tuned!
