Back in November, Adam and I saw Justin Timberlake in Nashville, TN. Adam had bought us tickets as my 30th birthday present in May, so to say I'd been looking forward to this show for a while is an understatement!
We managed to get into Nashville that afternoon and planned to go downtown to eat before the show. It turned out that there was a fatal crash on the main interstate during rush hour, which in turn affected ALL the roads... so it took us over 2 hours to make the 30-minute trip to the arena.
By that point, it was almost time for the show. We went on into the arena and got dinner from the concession stands. We had pretty much just finished eating and getting situated when the show started.
To say this was one of the best concerts we've ever seen is a bold statement - but I'm going to make it. Adam and I love music, and we both have always gone to a lot of concerts. This is easily in our top 3 of the best shows we've seen.
We had pretty good seats in the lower bowl of Bridgestone Arena. We were over to the side and close enough that I felt like I could actually see the stage and didn't have to watch the jumbo screen that much to see what was going on.
When the stage moved to the center of the arena, it went right over our heads!
I didn't get the best pictures that night, mostly because I took a lot of videos of my favorite songs (and I knew we'd be seeing him again from even better seats the next month in Indy!). Nonetheless, the show was amazing! Seeing someone like this in Nashville is really hard to describe. This city loves music so much, and it's no wonder the show sold out.
We went home so super excited and pumped up from such a great show! The set list is so good, the band was amazing, the lights were awesome, and Justin Timberlake... he is just so stinking talented!
